At Gem Schoolwear, we want to ensure your students have the perfect fit for their academic journey. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange unworn, tagged items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the school uniforms or accessories you wish to return.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garments are neatly folded to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship Your Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your replacement sizes within 5-7 business days.
